This has been a life saver for cramps during periods. I have always had debilitating period cramps my whole life, between this and the mushroom honey, I’ve been cramp free and it’s life changing.
I love it.
Usually this blend is great but the last one I ordered (within the past couple of months) didn't seem as potent and didn't help much. It was very strong in the honey flavor which I didn't care for. I get that they're handmade and will differ each batch so I keep that in mind when buying.
Too soon to tell weather or not it is effective, but it can tell you that it arrived on time and as described. I will update my review after a few months of use. Thank you
